Every registered parcel touching Playa Avellanas's legal 200-meter strip, measured from the official IGN coastline and the National Registry cadastre — August 2026.
Playa Avellanas's maritime strip is almost entirely spoken for: 96.1% of it is covered by registered parcels. Registration does not mean title — in the 50-200m band most of these are state concessions, and the map looks identical either way. Registered parcel geometry also overlaps the inalienable first 50 meters (0.3756 km² measured) — lawful concessions, pre-1973 exceptions and mapping offsets that only a registry pull can tell apart.
